Class Descriptions

Ninja Warriors: Challenge your child to build their strength, speed, and agility in this high-flying, action-packed class! Throughout the session children will be involved in various obstacle courses, games, and activities that will transform them into true ninja warriors.

Cardio Kids: Kids will complete physical challenges designed to promote motor skills, balance, strength, speed, and agility while getting their heartrate pumping!

Indoor Soccer: Participants learn the fundamentals of soccer through creative drills and play.

Dance: Kids will have a blast moving to the music in our dance class! Experienced instructors will introduce children to a wide variety of dance styles, including: jazz, ballet, hip-hop, and more!

Tiny Tumblerz: In our introductory gymnastics class for ages 3-5, our experienced instructors will cover a variety of tumbling skills that will help increase your child’s balance, strength, and flexibility.

Gymnastics: In our introductory gymnastics class for ages 6+ participants will be introduced to techniques to increase balance, strength and flexibility. 

Arts & Crafts: NJAC’s Arts & Crafts class will allow all children to unleash their inner artist. With projects in a variety of mediums, each week will inspire a new part of your child’s creative side.

Basketball: Participants learn the fundamentals of basketball. Instructors will teach ball handling, shooting, and passing through age appropriate drills.
