30 Day Boost – The perfect boost to move you in the right direction towards weight loss and overall well being. This 30 day program focuses on basic concepts and lifestyle changes that are sustainable and easy to understand. Over 30 days you will have 4 face to face small group meetings for group discussion, support, handouts and weekly meal/workout planning. In addition, your dietitian will keep you on track with personal follow ups between meetings.
Fall into Fitness – Take all the guess work out of your diet and exercise plan with two professionals on your side. Fall into shape with 6 weeks of small group training and 4 small group nutrition meetings and a personalized nutrition evaluation and plan.
