SUMMER is Flying By!
During the summer, maybe you’ve taken it easy or been super busy, but either way it always comes and goes quickly. This summer NJAC proudly launched the Parisi Speed school, released the lates Les Mills Fitness classes and our campers had a blast in Ninja Warrior camps. This fall we look forward to presenting a renovated pool, offering a NEW Small Group Training program and the launch of Les Mills GRIT. Enjoy the last few weeks of summer and we look forward to seeing you at your next workout. In good health, NJAC Staff.
NJAC is happy to welcome Ken Freiberg as our new Personal Training Manager. Ken is a veteran within the health and fitness industry with over 30 years of experience under his belt. He hold a bachelor’s degree in Exercise Physiology, is a certified personal trainer via the National Academy of Sports Medicine and is one of only a few people in New Jersey certified to practice Muscle Activation Therapy. He is a former nationally ranked gymnast, and teaches Aikido where he holds the rank of 3rd Degree Black belt. His knowledge and enthusiasm reverberates throughout the personal training department. He has hand selected a team of the area’s most highly qualified personal trainers. This ensures the highest quality of personal training for every single client. Ken is always available to help you with your health and fitness needs, concerns and questions.
NJAC will be relaunching the H.I.I.T. program the first week of September as the all new Small Group Training (SGT) program. Stay tuned!
We are excited to inform you that Bollywood is BACK! Starting in August on Thursdays at 7:30pm Bollywood is back on the Group Exercise schedule. While Uma continues to recover, Anoop will be leading a class of Indian inspired Bollywood cardio dancing and other dance styles from around the world.

Watermelon & Feta Salad
Ingredients: Watermelon, small red onion, feta cheese, bunch of mint, extra virgin olive oil, black pepper
Directions: Scoop watermelon, slice onion, crumble feta, pick mint leaves (tear larger leaves), drizzle olive oil and season with black pepper. Toss and enjoy!

The pool will be closed for the month of August for renovations. We apologize for the inconvenience and we look forward to reopening in September. We will be offering a Walk & Tone class on the indoor track in August in place of the Aqua Power classes. Classes will take place Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays at 9:30am. No other aquatic classes or lessons will be held during the renovation.
