NEW CLASS ALERT!! Coming soon - Les Mills GRIT, a NEW class for our HIIT Team Training Schedule! LES MILLS GRIT offers three workouts Strength, Plyometric and Cardio. Each 30-minute high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workout is designed to improve strength and build lean muscle. These workouts use barbells, weight plates and body weight exercises to blast all major muscle groups. The GRIT program is cutting edge HIIT training combined with powerful music and inspirational coaches who get sweaty with you, motivating you to go harder to get fit, fast. March is National Nutrition Awareness month and did you know that NJAC has a nutrition program? With guidance of a Registered Dietitian you can learn how to nourish your body through proper nutrition and exercise to see faster results and a healthier fitter you. Spring Break is coming up fast and what are your kid’s going to do all week? Enroll your little one in NJAC’s Spring Break Camp. Camps offered March 26th – March 30th and April 2nd – April 6th from 9am-3pm. Children will participate in a variety games and activities, swimming, arts and crafts, and more! Don’t miss out. Kids Night Out - Take the night off and bring your kids to NJAC for our Leprechaun themed Kid’s Night out Friday, March 16th. Kid’s will have fun swimming in the pool, making special arts & crafts, playing games, watching a movie, and dancing to music. Pizza will be served. Parisi - NJAC’s Parisi Speed School is really beginning to come together for our launch this Spring! The new flooring and turf has been installed and has us very excited to start working with all of our athletes improving their speed, strength, flexibility, endurance, confidence, self-esteem, and coordination. Over the next couple weeks we will be adding in the essential equipment to the room in order to meet the needs of all our athletes of any age. We are currently scheduling complimentary evaluations and reserving spots in our classes for all athletes. Please schedule your complimentary athlete assessment with our Parisi Director, Eddie Andrews to ensure we find the best fit for your athlete. Spots are limited to a small number to ensure our athletes receive the individualized attention they need.
