During the summer, maybe you’ve taken it easy or been super busy, but either way it always comes and goes quickly. This summer NJAC proudly launched the Parisi Speed school, released the lates Les Mills Fitness classes and our campers had a blast in Ninja Warrior camps. This fall we look forward to presenting a renovated pool, offering a NEW Small Group Training program and the launch of Les Mills GRIT. The Parisi Speed School and New Jersey Athletic Club are very excited to announce the Grand opening date of the program. Saturday, June 23rd will be the day! We will be running a complete combine testing day for all ages starting at 9 a.m. and ending at 1p.m. A lot of our Parisi class spots are filling up, so get in as soon as possible.

Body Attack 100
